James 1:19
1:19 Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters! Let every person be quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger.

This is one of my verses I try my best to cling to. I try to live by it! I am far from perfect, just ask my wife. There are many verses from the Bible that I try to hang my hat on to help me be a kinder, gentler, a more considerate human being. I find this little gem to be a keystone in life, it can really help you hold it all together! Consider practicing it in your own life and save yourself embarrassment, ridicule, and not having to eat crow! I hate eating crow! Trust me, my friend James 1:19 is a game changer!
